An accessible jungle oasis—the off-grid A to Z Eco🌺Farm is where your transformation begins. Located at the intersection of two creeks, the farm is home to a budding food forest plus a spacious butterfly house that serves as the farm’s private temple.

Your screened 10’ x 12’ elevated cabaña is off the beaten path yet close to the creek. The farm also features a main house with a large verandah, plus two other cabañas spread out on the property.

about Allie Grace Garnett

Founder of FU & A to Z Eco🌺Farm

Allie Grace Garnett is a serial entrepreneur who doubles as a marketing expert in web3. When she’s not curating FU experiences or running the ecofarm, Allie is the Chief Marketing Officer for a stealth digital identity protocol. She founded and actively maintains a freelance practice, serving diverse web3 clients with content and marketing that hits.

Allie began her career as an environmental engineer. Just out of college, she founded a successful 501(c)3 nonprofit organization—the Young Alumni Volunteer Association, or YAVA for short. YAVA brought together recent college grads to volunteer & socialize together—and produced so many marriages and babies!

After graduating from Harvard Business School, Allie further pursued her passion for mitigating climate change by working as a finance professional in the renewable energy sector. Leveraging her entrepreneurial expertise, Allie co-founded a project finance company focused on energy efficiency.

With aspirations for greater personal sustainability—and limited success with creating a jungle in her NYC apartment—Allie in 2015 looked south to Belize. The New Hampshire native arrived and wasted no time, founding a plant nursery while overseeing the construction of her off-grid ecofarm. She developed a tropical green thumb by planting hundreds of flowers and herbs and fruit trees.

Allie continued to garner professional success, too, flourishing as a finance and blockchain writer beginning in 2017. Allie kept adding impressive bylines to her portfolio and simultaneously developed a knack for web3 marketing—all while her ecofarm has continued to be her biggest source of inspiration. Allie’s transformative journey in the jungle continues apace.

When she’s not bathing under the stars or listening to birdsong or watching the iguanas, Allie’s still probably getting too much screen time. Her passion springs from the farm, eternally, where she delights in curating transformative experiences for honored guests.

Why is the FU experience silent?

The FU experience is designed to help you go within and reestablish an authentic connection with yourself. Relinquishing the use of your voice is a powerful way to boost mental clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, restore emotional balance, enhance your creativity, and foster self awareness.

What if I need to communicate?

You’re equipped with a notebook and pen—and empowered to communicate in writing. You can even write daily notes to your loved ones for FU to share digitally. The base of your cabin has a flag that you can easily raise to get the attention of the farm’s staff.

Can I bring my co-founder or team?

Yes, the FU experience may be customized for co-founders and small teams. FU organizes creative workshops around written & sensory exchange to enable teams to bond in unique ways—while still preserving the integrity of the silent, unplugged experience.

What is the daily schedule?

The schedule is the same daily and purposely minimalistic to relieve your mental load. A typical day starts with herbal tea from the farm, followed by a guided silent walk that’s totally optional, followed by a large lunch delivered to your cabin. Your afternoon is unstructured, potentially consisting of swimming in the river, basking in the sun, visiting the butterfly temple, reading a book, taking a nap, or writing. Dinner arrives around 5pm—after which you may join a silent, solo campfire created just for you. Your evening might end with another dip in the river, followed by reading a book until you doze off to the rich jungle symphony of crickets.

What’s on the menu?

Food is an important part of your FU experience. Your virtual experience before you arrive in Belize includes an exploration of your dietary needs and preferences, to craft a menu of healthy and natural foods that you want to eat. Herbal teas from the farm support intermittent fasting—a practice that is strongly encouraged during your FU experience.

What is the bathroom and shower situation?

Bathing happens in the creek with an organic bath kit provided by FU. The toilet is an outhouse located at a convenient distance from your cabaña.

What impact can I expect from my FU experience?

The results that you achieve from your FU experience are largely driven by the goals that you set during your consulting sessions before arriving in Belize.
